To modernize Eraldo Construções’ digital presence, I developed a new website that enhances the company’s visual identity and improves the user experience. The project was structured to highlight the portfolio of high-end developments in several cities across southern Santa Catarina, and to make it easier to access information, opportunities, and support channels—always aligned with the brand’s sophisticated positioning.
Challenge of the Project:
The challenge of the project was to create a website that clearly and engagingly conveyed the solidity, innovation, and commitment to quality that are hallmarks of Eraldo Construções. The previous site, although it fulfilled its basic function, did not reflect the company’s premium positioning and had limitations in both visual resources and features, making it difficult to present the developments in detail and to interact with clients and partners.
Solution:
The solution involved developing an entirely new website, featuring an elegant design, a sophisticated color palette, and visual elements that reinforce the brand’s identity. Navigation was reorganized to make it easier to access key information, such as the portfolio of developments, institutional strengths, business opportunities, and support channels. Each project received a dedicated page with high-quality images, detailed descriptions, location, and unique features, allowing users to explore all options in a practical and visually appealing way.
In addition to the new institutional website, one of the major highlights of the project was the development of an exclusive area for brokers, completely separate from the main WordPress site. For this, I created a dedicated environment using Laravel, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js, providing a much more fluid, dynamic, and modern experience for sales professionals.
This broker area was designed to offer extra content, tools, and strategic information that directly support the sales process, making the broker’s daily routine more practical and efficient. The dashboard features exclusive resources such as quick access to support materials and detailed information about developments.
